– Living Rooms: Two cozy living rooms, both with fireplaces. One living room features a TV and toys for children, while the other offers a leather wrap-around couch, reclining chairs, and antique lighting that adds to the classic feel.

– Dining Area: Round table dining area with a fireplace, perfect for family meals.

– Kitchen: Spacious and elegant chef’s kitchen with stunning lake views.

Exterior Spaces

-Seating Areas: Multiple seating areas, including a beautiful seating area in the front yard with a chiminea for roasting marshmallows.

– Dining Area: Possibly the most exquisite open-air dining area on Lake Sunapee, located on the back porch.

– Play Area: Children’s play area on the side of the home.

– Water Access: Perfect swimming area to the right of the back porch stairs and a private dock to the left for launching kayaks.

– Views: Spectacular views of the Loon Island Lighthouse and crystal-clear waters.

– Fire Pit: Cozy fire pit area for evening gatherings.

Sleeping Arrangements

Main Floor:
– Two private king bedrooms on the left-hand side.
– Cozy bedroom with a queen and twin bed, attached to an open-air queen bedroom.

– Master Suite:
– Master king bedroom with a private half bathroom and a balcony featuring French windows and doors opening up to night sky views and the sound of loons.

– Children’s Room:
– Twin over twin bunk, twin over double bunk, and additional pullout trundle bed.

– Detached Sleeping Area:
– Open-air sleeping area with 2 twin over twin bunk beds, perfect for a camping-like experience.

– Dock: Private dock for boat docking (boathouse not for guest use).
